howdy-ho
So my interview yesterday was a bust. I arrived at United at like 1:50 and was lucky enough to actually get one of the Visitor's parking spots in the front. The past two times I had been there, I had been stuck parking all the way in the back and hiking a mile to get to the building. I should have seen that getting a good parking spot was a bad sign.
Like I said, I got there at 1:50 and the lady who interviewed me shows up 10 minutes later. She takes me in a room off of the foyer and preceeds to be the most impoliet person I have ever interviewed with before. Even worse than the Terrence guy I interviewed with last week. She interupts me, asks me if that's "really" how I spelled my name (why would I lie?), rudely asks me if anyone even explained to me what I'd actually be doing if I got the job, and at seven minutes past two, tells me the interview is over. She didn't even shake my hand! She told me that I'd hear from them in 5 to 7 days. I'm not going to hold my breath.
Afterwards, though, I had a really great time at the park with Jimmy, kallbrier, Mark, Chris, and Donna (with Danyell's friends showing up a little later, and Rob getting there a little before we left). Aidan absolutely loved it and even zonked out for a little bit before we ate.
