Villages of Bogey Hills SUCKS!

I recieved my info packet in the mail yesterday. Jeremy, Dave, and I were having a hayday with it, looking at all the floor plans and everything. Then I noticed a little slip of paper insert in the package of stuff--it was a list of all the requirements you must meet in order to live there. There was the usual stuff-- pass a credit check, you have to be 21 otherwise a parent has to co-sign, blah, blah, blah, but then I noticed that the leasing consultant circled something-- it was the line where it states you must make 3 times the amount of your rent in order to qualify. WTF? Is it like that everywhere?! Jeremy doesn't think so because Bryce used to live in Sun River Village and he made less than Jeremy and I do. Hopefully not.

So, Bogey Hills is off the list. Jeremy and I've talked about having a roommate for awhile because Dave practically lives with us now anyway, so all three of us checked some places out on the web last night. We really like Sun River Village. We can get a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom for like $685 per month, which rounds out to be $228 per person, per month and all utilities are paid. That doesn't sound too bad. My only concern is when Jeremy and I get married, I really think it's more appropriate for it just to be us, but we'll cross that bridge when we come to it. :cP

Jeremy's yelling at me to go take my shower. Here's day number 6 of my working 10 days in a row. *sigh*
