I've notice that birds start to wake up and sing around 1:30 - 2:00 am...my favorite thing about summer mornings.
Went on a hike today...it was pretty nature pimp. :) And I had this milk shake from DQ...making my stomach go bananas right now. (Thanks Gwen)

As well as this face book thing. I've met some chill people from Scranton that I'm gonna meet up with during orientation.
ALSO: Check out PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals)and AE (American Eagle) teaming up...thats pretty cool. Get animal rights into the main stream. Now lets see how many superficial pop junkies bite at this.
Pretty disgusted with the government right now; with those on all sides of the political spectrum. I don't know...I just wish politics didn't resemble a sport right now. It's like, your either Donkey or Elephant...and that's that. What ever happened to weighing all sides of the issues and voting according to whats good for America and its people, and not (GASP, dare i say) the party. I'm also disgusted with the apathetic teenagers that give up their rights so easily (voting being the right that they are throwing away)....but thus is life. I would say maybe it's best that they don't vote, but not matter how you cut it that's not whats good for America.
Well, Greenpeace came through and forced the Korean government to stop the building of a whale processing plant. Which was suppose to process whales that were 'accidentally' caught by fisherman. Now, with that done, Greenpeace can direct its attention to Japan (More Whaling), major deforestation in the Amazon, USA (Energy Consumption via gas, coal, and the development of more nuclear power plants), and China (the biggest offender of them all...might i add) (Emissions Control, Cut back in Coal consumption, and Energy Consumption).
ASIDE: You know it makes me sad to find out that the biggest importer of Brazilian wood is the US...but I'm sure once the American public becomes aware of this, we will force change. I just hope we would hurry up already and spread the word.
AI (Amnesty International), i know that the US represents a flag-ship for Human Rights, and i believe that this should be reported on (Camp Gitmo- has anyone heard Rush Limbaugh lately, disgusting), but please give more coverage to China (forced abortion in the name of population control), Sierra Leone, Vietnam (oh yeah...remember them: human rights violations rampant), Suadi Arabia (I wish we could hurry up and get out of bed with these thugs), Iran (where countless kids [11, 12, 13, & 14 year-olds] are sentenced to death by stoning), and Durfar (potential genocide [UN still dragging their feet on whether to make it official or not; a similar mistake they made with Rwanda, but who pays attention to history anyway]).
Well I'm done...cause I'm sure you guys are bored by now.
LAST NOTE:I want to plan a kayaking trip down the delaware...i don't know when, but it would be really cool.
