I was in Florence for a week, and absolutely adored it. It's the first time I've been there, and I hope it won't be the last. But it probably will be the last for a long time, given it's not exactly an easy trip for me.

Merry Christmas to you too! It's absolutely amazing over here, and I've taken a ton of photos already. It's mostly the outside of buildings, though, since most places don't let you take photos inside. Though my camera ran out of battery in Pisa, so I don't know if it took a shot of the leaning tower...
