It's Friday!
I'm bored.
It's turning into a ghostown on weekends now. There is hardly anyone on the streets (not that there should be anyways) and the malls are quite dead. In fact 2 weekends ago I went to the River Walk Mall and I almost thought at first the place was shut down. There were no less (and I counted) 18 visible shoppers. There were empty darkened stores, cubby areas along the windows facing the river where stores used to be are all empty with just benches to sit. I really don't know how long that palce is going to last with the shops ending their leases.
But unfortunately, it is like this all over (thanks Bush, you facist asshole!). I can't really speculate on what Chrismas will be like right now. I am not one who really does Christmas anyway, but it makes me sad to see that happening and so many people out of work because of it.
Krew of Boo rolls tommrow at 10:00 a.m or something like that. I will more than likely go out to catch it...and some sweets too! ;-)
