Night out on the town
I had such a great night. Went to see Que La Chinga and The Rubberneckers at Humbrews, met up with some friends from open mic. Finally, Miss Morgan showed up (YAY!) and we danced and hung out for the first time in awhile (out, I mean). I was introduced to some really lovely information (swoon). I was sad to part ways with Morgan but I went to APD to hang with "the boys". John and his friend (well, now my friend too I imagine) are the goofiest, funniest, wingnuttiest folks I've hung out with in a long time. Fact is, they almost got into a fight with some asshole because john's friend was responding to people's conversations as we would pass them. This said asshole bumped hard into Devin, they exchanged words, then said asshole went up to Kade, got into his face then I walked up saying we were just out having a good night and to back off. He saw I was a "girl" and backed up saying the guys were lucky I was with them. Glad to be of service. When out of earshot, we laughed the whole thing off and parted ways at around 2:30am.
