Where did you begin 2008?
Long Island with Ali Millwater.
Where did you go on vacation?
For the 4th I went to my camp in the Adirondacks, and the first week of June I went to Florida for a week. That was nice.

Does rent count?? Cause that's 650 EVERY MONTH.
Did you know anybody who got married?

Describe your birthday:
Woke up to a fresh bouquet of Sunflowers from Atiya, endless mimosas and delicious breakfast, a visit from the beautiful Brit Emma and a relaxing afternoon on our deck with her and Atiya and Alysse, A miniature trek to Prospect Park to see Ghostland Observatory FOR FREE, which was a huge dance party; then a candlelit and beer filled evening on the back deck. A very memorable birthday.
What's the one thing you thought you would not do but did in 2008?
Be a waitress and actually enjoy it and realize there's so much fucking freedom in this job. Perfect for pursuing hobbies and figuring out what you really want to do. Also, realizing that I will never ever work behind a desk. Oh yeah, drop out of school and transfer AGAIN!!! Take a semester off.
What has been your favorite moment(s)?
-The road trip up to Bolivar with Ali, Atiya, Brittany, Sal, and Dan.
-Everything about threesevs.
-Katie and Holly's visit during Culture Shock
-Hurricane Holly
-Drinking Sparks and hula hooping in the basement with Atiya
-My birthday (see above)

-Spending the majority of my summer on the north shore of Long Island (believe it or not).
What was your best month?
Hmmmm. December has been pretty awesome. But I keep forgetting that the majority of this year was spent at Purchase and that feels like last year. April was kind of wonderful because it was full of volleyball, gymnastics, drinking, and good music. Above all, not going to class.
What music will you remember 2008 by?
Guster, The Avett Brothers, CALVIN HARRIS, Ghostland Observatory, Charlie Does Surf- the surf clash tribute album.
Made new friends?
A ton.
Favorite Night out?
I seem to have more fun pregaming with Atiya here prior to our destination, and our journey to whatever party or bar we're actually going to. For example, some trashy open bar we were heading to in the village when we first moved in here - our journey there was the most memorable and where drinking 40s on the back of the bus all began. What a wonderful Brooklyn start.
Overall, how would you rate this year?
A roller coaster of disappointments & shortcomings, and waves and waves of warmth and optimism. Stress. A shit ton of silliness, isolation to complete socialization. Basically - schizophrenic.
Other than home, where did you spend most of your time?
Home? I work all the fucking time.
Change your hairstyle?
In January it was short and black, and now it's naturally transformed itself to a medium length dirty blonde.

Do you have a New Year's resolution?
To not have a New Year's resolution. Like I never do.
Do anything embarrassing?
Almost every day. All you can do is laugh about it, admit it and let it go. People like the faults.
