bril plans and the chun sex face
i'm back! :DDDD i actually got back on thur night, but wading through The Backlog has kept me pretty busy :P i'm not technically done (especially since the majority of my flist comprises fic comms) but i've decided to give up preserve what brain cells i have left -.- i'll try to get me bum moving and start replying lj comments, but it'll take some time ._.
so how's everyone? :DDDDDDDDD i'm dl-ing the Five In Black album now! gods, i can't wait to get my hands on the real thing but this will have to tide me over for now :( ..i sound like a drug addict. xDDD
melbourne was great. and i managed to pick up 2 BL anime (Gravitation & Gakuen Heaven) from this really cool shop selling asian vcds/dvds/cds. AND my parents paid for them.
..like OMG WOOOOOOOOOO~ 8DDDDDDDD
lol thing's that Gakuen Heaven wasn't actually named that on the DVD cover - it was BOY'S LOVE HYPER. LIKE OMG MY GAYDAR ZOOMED IN AND I TOTALLY POUNCED ON IT. HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLY GO WRONG WITH A NAME LIKE THAT? 8DDDDDDDDD luckily there wasn't any synopsis or blatant pix of boy love on the cover
..BUT GRAVITATION DID. it had an ENGLISH SYNOPSIS about shuiichi and yuki "gravitating toward each other", and how something more than friendship was bound to "blosssom" o_____O and yes, they were both referred to as he's. (anyway i don't think 2 straight guys would pose together the way they did on the DVD cover xDDDDD)
anyway, i formulated this bril plan to keep my parents in the dark about my dirty little ghei-lovin' mind blissfully oblivious xD i'd pay for it first while my parents continued browsing, then tell them afterwards i bought some boring cartoons. BUT things just don't go the way you want it to - my mom was like, "oh do show me what you bought! *interested*"
i almost died. -.- but i decided to show her Boy's Love Hyper since it didn't have the synopsis and hopefully she'd think the title referred to er, platonic friendship between schoolmates? *snorts* xDDDD
i thought i'd finally gotten away with it, BUT just the day before, my mom and i were in the car when she suddenly asked me to LEND HER THE DVDS I BOUGHT IN MELBOURNE.
INSIDE I WAS ALL, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO~ DON'T TORMENT ME THIS WAY~ *FALLS TO KNEES*
but i had to force myself to appear calm. perfectly and totally calm. sheesh, i should become a spy or undercover cop in future.
i hope my mom has a short-term memory. or amnesia. :PPPPPP
