I knew that would get your attention. (I don't hate anyone, at all). Now read this story. It's worth your time.
A man walks in a barber's shop one day to get his hair cut. When it's his turn he sits down and the barber starts to cut his hair. They start talking as you do when your at the barber shop and after a short while the conversation moves on to the subject of religion.
"I don't believe that there is a God as there is so much suffering and so much wrong with the world" the barber declares. The man just sits in the seat and does not say anything as he does not want to cause a argument.
The barber finishes the man's hair and the man pays and leaves the shop. He starts to walk down the street and sees another man with long uncept hair and a scruffy beard who looks like he has not been to a barber for a long time. The man turns around and goes back in the the barber shop, he says to the barber, "You know what, I don't believe in barbers, they do not exist". the barber looks shocked and replies "But barbers do exist, I'm a barber and here I am so they must exist".
The man pauses for a second and answers "I just saw a man with long unkept hair and a scruffy beard that has not been kept neat, If barbers existed then there would not be people like him walking around". The barber laughs and says "No no no, barbers do exist but some people do not come to me and so I can't cut their hair or trim their beards." The man smiles and says "Exactly, God exists but people do not go to him and believe in him and so he can't help them".
