The Avengers, again
Yesterday makes my seventh time at the theater for The Avengers. Cap'n Bhil and I finally got the Brooks' out to see it, and I was pleased to see even the boys enjoyed it enough to lose their 16-year-old studied reserve regarding anything gr'ups like.
Deb, who has only seen The Avengers the one time, stayed at home catching up on the MCU movies she hadn't seen yet. I had no idea she had somehow managed to miss Thor, Captain America, and The Hulk. Well, OK, I knew she'd missed The Hulk - even I saw it only very recently when it was aired on cable - but the other two films have a lot of background for The Avengers that, while not absolutely essential for enjoyment of the film, is helpful. Anyway, after (finally) seeing Thor, she now wants to see The Avengers again, so we're probably going to hit the Wednesday evening show this week.
And that will make eight times.
