Digging out from under...

...all the books. I just listed a bunch of hardcover books on eBay:

Bill Willingham's FABLES, Deluxe Edition, Book One
Ireland's Traditional Crafts, David Shaw-Smith
The Little Country, Charles deLint
Bloodline, F. Paul Wilson
Harbingers, F. Paul Wilson
Host, F. Paul Wilson
Brimstone, Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child
Fever Dream, Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child
Dance of Death, Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child
The Book of the Dead, Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child
The Wheel of Darkness, Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child
A Free Man of Color, Barbara Hambly
Sold Down the River, Barbara Hambly
Fever Season, Barbara Hambly

Here's hoping I've priced them right to sell - I could really use the shelf space for stuff I haven't read yet!  And I still have vast (OK, half-vast) piles of books to dig through - the natural result of being in the same house for more than 20 years, I guess... When I used to move every 3 or 4 years, I got rid of tons of stuff pretty regularly, though almost never any books. I used to say, "There's no such thing as too many books, just too little shelf space!", but I now think that if it's a book I've already read and am unlikely to ever pick up again, it just may be superfluous book. I admit, if I had a bigger house, I might not have reached this moment of enlightenment at this time ;-)

books, clutter
