Wanted - NOT!
You know, I was really hoping James McAvoy's first big American-style film would be something I'd want to see, but judging from the trailers, Wanted seems to be made of suck. I mean, it's got a great cast, but gods, the storyline and the effects make my head hurt... I just knew reading Insultingly Stupid Movie Physics would ruin me for the usual summer blockbuster! I can suspend disbelief if you give me a well-imagined world, an interesting plot, good dialogue, and maybe the occasional CGI monster, but I'm not sure Wanted is going to deliver. Guess I'll wait for the verdict from my Trusted AdvisorsTM.
