in fact there were more czech or slovak soldiers in the church that came from england to fight the fascists and that were killed in the church with the two soldiers who killed Heydrich. the church was an Orthodox church, not a common catholic church like the 95 % or more of churches in the czechoslovakia:-). the heroes were found in the church by the german and all killed (they were betrayed by another czech soldier:-( who was executed after the war for this and other crimes. this soldier told the germans where the Heydrich killers are). the people who helped these soldiers were mostly executed by the germans, they killed even people who were said to agree with the heydrich execution! The names of the soldiers who killed Heydrich were Jozef Gabčík and Jan Kubiš. Gabčík was SLovak and Kubiš was Czech.
i couldnt go to the church, i tried to arrange it but i didnt succeed, i at least made photos of this church.
