Hello again everyone. Falcon here: 20, female, diagnosed with Asperger's at 17, and in need of a little bit of help.
Now despite what everybody jokes, England is not a complete land of cold, rain and fog. In summer, it can get pretty hot, and here's my problem: I overheat way too easily. I don't know if it's because my sense of temperature is wacky or what, but as soon as I get above my comfort level, I lose all my energy and just have to collapse into a sweaty heap until I cool down. Has anybody got any suggestions as to how I can try to manage this problem without resorting to living inside a refrigerator?
