Asperger's vs. High functioning Autism.

So I just got back from my Asperger's evaluation. I met all the diagnostic criteria for Asperger's but also the diagnostic disqualifier -- any delay in speech development.

So I was not diagnosed with Asperger's, but rather straight high functioning Autism. Being fairly new here, I am wondering where this group draws its line between Asperger's and High Functioning Autism?
