tonight, my mother made me aware of how uncomfortable i am with saying that i'm disabled. i refuse to accept it, and therefore have been refusing to accept benefits or care even after being diagnosed with AS (and bipolar, but i'm not sure i believe that - there are too many overlapping "symptoms").

i am not a person with a disability; i am a person with many abilities, that is different.
