H.B. 263 Substitute
So, although three representatives wrote back with auto-generated replies asking what town in Utah I'm from, those were the only replies I received until just now:

So that's pretty impressive. I guess her district in Utah is small enough (or politically inactive enough) that she can personally respond to emails a day later. So, regardless of whether she's telling the truth, at least she read it in time. I guess all of you can try a similar thing, with her at least. Just don't give away that I don't live in Utah.
