Hey all, sorry for the long LONG wait this time, but I've finally got the next chapter posted *and* I have an outline for the rest of the novel!!! I think I can probably polish it off with about 10 more chapters, though knowing me that figure is likely to get stretched out. And we thought Hermione was prolix!

Hmm, I wonder the significance of the charming charm. Why bring it up now? Will it be relevant later? Will Harry have Snape cast it on him in the final battle to gain some sort of confidence? Or just a red herring? Hmm... interesting take about Lockhart too. Makes total sense! Poor dingus.

Was Draco really about to say because Gryffindors can be rowdy? I mean, it's a fair point Harry has been absent from the final feast 4x now I think? Eh, either way, both are good points!
Poor Severus having to hear what the students think of Morrighan about her lack of teaching. His reaction, and everyone's reactions, were very spot on I think.
I'm not getting a warm fuzzy with Severus visiting Nicholas Leighton. Could be good 'ol Voldie setting up a trap. It is that time for him to strike! Will you follow the Horcrux storyline Aspen? I imagine if you are, Dumbledore didn't use the ring and so was able to track down the rest on his own during this year. Can't wait for the next chapter!!!
