A quick question...
...from a frazzled bride-to-be's brain:
I'm trying to pin down specific ideas for decorating tables at the reception. Would it be too dangerous/too much of a fire hazard to use basic taper candles on simple brass candlesticks? I really like the way the brass fits in with my overall theme - it just goes a lot better than the more traditional glass/crystal/mirror look - but I didn't know if having a completely unshielded flame on a taller candle might be too dangerous. I *think* I've seen it done before...?
Joe was here over the weekend - along with my brother Joseph and the World's Cutest Baby, who surprised us by driving up from Arkansas. We had a grand time together, making a whole pile of good memories. And...my left hand now bears the *real* ring, hehe. It's even more beautiful than I'd thought it could be: Joe has good taste, let me tell you. ;) And yes, pictures are coming - soon, hopefully!
Back to the grindstone here...lots of graphic work has piled up, and Mary Ueland is coming for a couple days. Yay! :)
