It's the Tony's tonight!! NYC is all abuzzed...and I am sure all of you are as well. Right?! LOL
Well, there is also that 'football' game going on over in South Africa...that could be stirring you all up. Did you watch the USA/England game yesterday? We all did ...big group with lots of moans and yells and shouts-some dancing-...as well as food/drink and the like. Good time was had by all. Yes, we tied. But that's better then losing! Onward and upward for the USA Soccer team!!
Now. Back to the Tonys. They are showing them on a HUGH screen outside Broadway and West 47th Street, from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The simulcast will include live coverage of the Red Carpet, as well as every moment of the awards ceremony. So. We have our 'picnic baskets/coolers' and blankets (and umbrellas, cause it won't rain but just in case!!) Some have chairs...but I am happy with my yoga mat and blanket. We went last year too. It was awesome.
Sean Hayes is the host this year. I love him. He is such a great actor/singer. His latest is 'Promises,Promises' which you really should see if you ever get a chance.
Right now, gotta get to church!
So. Busy weekend but fun one.
