Hmm, this is fascinating! How did Harry come to be under the desk and why is Severus reading to him? They're both acting like it's so normal! Great drabble.

The snarry100 sounds so cool! (insane, but cool :D) Are all the drabbles going to be connected, or will they stand alone, or what? *is excited for more tiny Snarrylets*

This comment appears to contain more question marks than periods. I'm bad at reading drabbles, lol.

LOL. I love it when the comment is almost longer than the actual drabble!

I did kind of construct a little AU world in my head where little Harry would come to Snape for comfort when he's scared (because he can't hear the storm so much in the dungeons, and nobody, not even a monster, would dare challenge Professor Snape).

I'm not sure if I'm going to write these drabbles all in the same 'verse or not. *ponders*

Hm, well it certainly is a potentially fruitful-sounding verse. Everything would have been different if Harry had gotten over his fear/hatred of Snape so early in his Hogwarts career. Or at least if he had some good impressions to mix with the bad...

Absolutely! And Harry would have already heard of the Hallows if Snape had read him Beedle Bard.

Isn't it fun to imagine how just one little change to canon would have impacted Harry's story?

Yesssss! So much!

I'm still mad at JKR for book 7. Like, the Hallows just came out of nowhere... and sure, every book so far had its own plot, but they all still fit together and built off each other, and this one just came out of left field! All the wandlore and the hallows and stuff were cool, just incongruous. Grrr.

I know! It was like, "yeah, and by the way... there's this whole thing with Hallows. Let me catch you up." Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....

And don't even get me started on her reasonings for killing certain characters: (Remus and Tonks because she wanted to show how an orphaned boy could have a good childhood, unlike Harry).

Double Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....

Did she seriously say that??? BS I think showing kindness to orphans is slightly less important than not orphaning them in the first place or not killing off the two gayest characters! Argh!

Yep, from what I've read, she did say that.

What a twisted mind that woman ended up having. (actually, she'd fit in well with us) LOL
