Thanks to all the lightning from the tropical wave that came from the Bahamas, the normal sea breeze storms, a tiring Friday and a cranky, uncooperative computer, I was delayed in posting the rest of this story. Sorry about that! Sometimes there are factors I just can't control.
It is rainy season here, so thunderstorms are common. I won't go online when there's lightning around. Years ago I lost two modems due to power surges from lightning. I love my laptop ... so no way!
