Definitely not an amazing example of leet culinary skills, but this turned out particularly tasty, so I want to write it down.
I know I over-spice. I like interesting spice combinations.
Toss a couple chicken breasts in a bake-able dish. On each side, a bit of salt, pepper, garlic powder, curry powder, and a bit of oregano. Toss in a can of cream of mushroom soup, and about 1/3 can of water. Mix up the soup a bit, and coat the exposed parts of the breasts with the soupy mixture. Toss it in the oven @275F.
Every 20min, flip the breasts and re-coat. These two were done perfectly in 60min.
The curry powder gave them a warmth I didn't notice 'till I was almost done (not to mention turned the entire mess yellow, which I did notice -- I'm not *that* blind :-)
