Life sometimes gets so simple
Well, not getting philosophical but i have realized what a gem of a guy i have as a manager.
I really am not used to people standing up for me and this guy does it for me inspite of the fact that i have not been so easy on him. I am an exceptionally nasty person to manage....
Reasons:
1. I am Extremely impatient
2. Very aggressive when it come's to work
3. Insubordination, in simple not willing to work UNDER anybody. No problems in working with people.
4. Not egoistic but take a lot of pride in what i do and absolutely intolerant to interference.
As i have always said "I work in a very nice company" and now i add "Amongst very nice people". To sum it all up.
