Baking experience...
I always experience something different when trying out new recipes.
The custard cornflake cookies didn't turn out as expected during the trial run. Lol. The batter was too wet - it caved in my paper cup. Decided too add the remaining contents of cornflakes and about a quarter cup of custard flour. My sister helped to test the new batch - thankfully, it turned out well.
It's nearly 10am. I still have about three more runs of baking the cornflake cookies before I take a break, and go down to the groceries to buy eggs and a bottle of fruit juice.
Well, it's back to manning the oven for now.
