I've always been interested in hynotherapy. According to what I've read, hypnotherapy can help in a very wide range of conditions such as dysfunctional habits, anxiety, stress-related illness, pain management, and personal development.
A friend of mine tried self-hypnosis to help her with timidity problem. She seemed to make it. She's no longer the timid girl I've used to know. She's more confident. Happy for her.
Now, I should ask for her advice to get rid of my phobia with hypnotherapy.
