Friday- 45 mins walking the dogs
Saturday- 15 mins swimming laps/doggy paddling, 17 mins walking the dogs
Sunday- none
Monday- 37 mins walking w/ mom, 15 mins walking the dogs
Tuesday- 45 mins playing softball
Wednesday- 15 mins walking at work
Thursday-

Goal: 300 mins (4 hours)
Total mins so far: 189

These are my goals for the second 25 days of the 75 day challenge (which ends 10/03/09):

-journal my food daily
-shoot for 1600 calories daily
-lose 5 pounds
-drink 8+ glasses of water
-exercise at least 5 hours a week
-walk LSU lakes 1x per week
-limit of 1 soda per day
