Exercise Log: Aug 10-16

Monday- none
Tuesday-  30 mins of stairs/walking at work
Wednesday-  18 mins of stairs/walking at work, 25 mins swimming/doggy paddle
Thursday- 15 mins of stairs/walking at work

LAST WEEK IN REVIEW:
-I had a bunch of fast food, but I tracked every calorie I ate, so I was at least honest with myself.  If I went over my calories by lunch, I either had no dinner or a really small one.  Helped me keep things in perspective and not just say, "Oh, well I already messed up today.. let me eat that whole pizza for dinner."
-I bought more veggies... my grocery bill was astronimical

-I was more active overall this week.  Two softball games and two yardwork days.  I totally am behind on the shows recorded on the DVR though!
-It's hard to want to work out when you are working 18 hrs a week of overtime.  I wish I was getting paid for it, but alas, I am getting paid by earning extra leave hours.
