Exercise Log: July 20-26

Monday- 25 mins walking at work, 25 mins walking w/ mom at Summit
Tuesday- 28 mins walking at work
Wenesday- none (blood donation day)
Thursday- 15 mins walking at work
Friday- 27 mins walking at work, 15 mins doggy paddle
Saturday- none
Sunday- 20 mins Wii Fit free step, 20 mins vigorous cleaning

Total mins: 175 (2.92 hrs)

The not so good:
-Although I have been exercising a lot more, I still gained a few pounds last week. 
-I could have eaten better and I could have sweat more, I suppose.

The good:
-I am happy that I did an hour more of exercise last week than I did the week before.  My goal this week is to up it a little more to 4 hours.
-I checked in on the Wii Fit for 2 weeks straight
-I did a great job drinking lots of water
