I am so sore after getting my ass kicked two days in a row at the gym. My aunt is a crazy fitness guru and she worked me good. It seems as the day goes on my muscle hurt more and more. I am glad that I am finally getting back on track though. I totally slipped this whole summer as far as eating right and exercising. I have definitely noticed a difference. I think its important to get back on track now before I am overweight and miserable at 40. I think when I have money I am going to join a Yoga Studio. I used to take classes when I was going to WSC and I miss it. There is a place only about 15 minutes from my house that is so nice on the inside and relatively inexpensive.
I am already counting down the days until the end of the week. I have Friday off because Jon and I are going to NYC! I was online last night looking for fun things we could do. They have the wax museum but it is kind of expensive so I was thinking Central Park for lunch, Broadway City (it is a huge arcade/bar) and the Museum of Television and Radio. Should be fun, Jon and I have not been able to spend much quality time together now that he is working weekends. I am so excited!
