I thought it was a good write up from me:
"Was looking for an answer on one of my posts on FD, but no I never actually bothered phrasing why. First of all it was looks and his anti-homophobic stance. Then I've discovered other things. I think he's someone you can agree/disagree with, but he gave you the full scope of what he thinks and feels. Which dare I say is a rare feature in someone who's aware of their fame, and astonishingly naive also. I like him coz he managed to stand for more than 'guy in a band' at the end of the day, and had streaks of good and evil alike, to sum up a lot of things I *could* say. :) "
