Oregon...Day 1
Here I am...and it has got to be one of the most beautiful places that I've ever seen...for real...wow. Words can't possibly describe the difference in NOVA, Overland Park, KS...and this place. The land is just so green here. AND THERE'S TREES!!! HAHAHA ONE BIG difference right off the bat. I'm going to be turning in my application tomorrow and then it's out of my hands...and into my video's hands...haha. I'm really looking forward to being here. One of the instructors that I was talking with said that there's a staff interpreter position that's not full yet at the university here. That would rock my world in such a way. Not only that, but there's so much opportunity for me to grow here. Not to mention that my signing would go...WAH! (that's good) But a workshop that I was at has ended early and so I'm just killing time until it's time for me to go back to the overly priced hotel...
