ANY HEADS TO SPARE? CAN I PLEASE RIP SOMEBODY'S HEAD OFF?! >_____
Random Guy walks up to me in office, when i'm in the middle of doing something, and says, "So tell me, who's the gay guy on your laptop's wallpaper".
Me: *Glare*
RG: "You know, the chinese/japanese/whatever weirdo?"
Me: *Stony silence*
RG: *growing increasingly uncomfortable* "Heehee... i actually want to know."
Me: *Stony silence + deathly glare*
RG: *walks away*
What i would like to say is that mentally, i wanted to rip his head off. But in reality, what happened was that i was so shocked that i couldn't say anything at all - i couldn't open my mouth and make sounds, basically. *headdesk*.
And he's not really a random guy... i mean, talks to me (very) occasionally, and jokes around sometimes too. but that doesn't warrant a statement like that (actually, nothing justifies that statement!!! grrr!!). If this person is on my wallpaper, obviously he denotes something/somebody i like, right? so randomly insulting him is uncalled for.
I don't even know what offends me the most - the fact that he insulted Gaku, or the fact that he was clearly being (idiotically) homophobic.
and i am SO TIRED, soooo tired of people making fun of GACKT in front of me. the next time someone does it i am going to ... i dunno, but i will do something. i really can't stand it. D: i hate confrontations with people, i'm a happy-go-lucky sort of person (at least in the eyes of my colleagues) and i really haven't learnt how to be properly unpleasant to people. D: but i am realizing now that sometimes, one NEEDS this particular skill - the skill of being rude right back at someone's face, i mean.
how random this whole thing was. oh well... me feeling better after ranting here.
oh and by the way! look at my wallpaper - isn't it beautiful! :) makes me happy every time i look at him. it's so full of peacefull, positive kiai.
