Who knows. It’s Valentine’s Day - technically, as it is almost 4:00 in the morning - another factor - and I have been drinking, so I might as well spill it all out ( here. )

I know how you feel to a degree. I often feel very strong connections with guys who are already in relationships. I think there is something in the fact that they have calmed down a bit, and have established themselves, there is something in that comfort and their comfort in hanging out with me that attracts me to them.

and I have certainly had times when I have hung out with the guy so much, and we get along so well, and there is that chemistry. and it is so powerful, and then the girlfriend ends up being some kind of block.

it is so frustrating. and upsetting. and I wish I could give you some kind of advice as what to do. but I have no idea. if you do find out. . .let me know!

and HAPPY JACK BENNY BIRTHDAY DAY

He doesn't mention his girlfriend because he's attracted to you and he doesn't want to think about her when he's around you because how he feels about you makes him feel guilty. Because guys in relationships are not supposed to be attracted to other women. Maybe he's also really enjoying the flirtatiousness of your dynamic and thinks if he brings up his girlfriend you'll both have to dial it down ( ... )
