- Veronica is in all sorts of dangerous situations all the time, and always kicks ass, but the few times Logan ever shows his temper, she turns into a cowering damsel and needs her dad to save her.
- Fine, so Logan and Veronica break up. Wouldn't she like, take some time to be single instead of getting together with Duncan for no discernable reason?
- Duncan barely spoke for the entire episode. There have been times I've really liked him, but if his entire character is "I grin a lot! Like a puppy! Hi!", that's totally boring.
- All of a sudden Wallace's slang and cadence are way more "street" than last season. Did he just discover that he's black?
- The bus mystery seems totally contrived, and it's soooo convenient that Veronica and Duncan and the Casablancases weren't on it. It's very TV, while the Lilly murder felt a lot more plausible and realistic.
Don't get me wrong, I really want this show to be good. Really really really. But after last night I'm a little worried.
