(no subject)
I met up with S and C last night at Ambush for Karaoke.
It's weird but every time S and I go out we never have a great time. An okay time, yes. But it hasn't been good so far. I think it's just a consequence of our mood(s) and going out on odd nights (What else are you supposed to do at 11:30 on a monday, really? I have faith that we'll find something fun to do next time, and that maybe just hanging at home and snuggling is the way to go. It'll work out.
Sister S woke me early with a phone call, which was fine, but now I'm up for good. I had a day off yesterday, and got a bunch of stuff done. Every piece of clothing I own is clean and on a hanger or in a drawer, my sheets are clean, my room is vacuumed, my rent is paid. I even had money and time to make sister and her husband easter baskets! I bought all the stuff half-off at Walgreens,etc. I bought Tiff some pens that she loves and a little chocolate Nemo fish. I got S (who is sick) some Gatorade. lol. And I got me....well, some chocolate, but NOT the kind I wanted - I can't find it anywhere, and they only sell it at Easter! So sad.
Today I have some training (Goddamn HD has soooo soo much training...)class from 1-5, then I'm doing the *fun* rush-hour drive from VA Beach to Williamsburg. I'm gonna say hi to S and S, give them thier Easter baskets, take my NY bagels and other stuff, then meet up with T. for -yay!- Mexican/El Salvadorean food. After this my week returns to normal, with work, etc. I won't be online much.
