Perfect Day

what a wonderfully perfect day... Filled to the brim with great stuff. I woke up early at 8 o'clock (yesss!), got ready to go, picked up Carri, and we were on the road by 8:40. Perfect. No traffic all the way to boulder creek, we arive at boulder creek around 9:20. Start on the trail, take almost every trail-blazing opportunity presented to us (most amazing views ever... ALL the views *wink*).  This was a good spark for some of the most interesting conversation i've ever had.  We get back to the car about 8 miles and 4 and a half hours later, both of us pretty pooped.  We dicided to drop by Dad's house since we were only about 15 minutes away and my brother, sister and father were all surprised and excited to see me.  We played on the trampoline for a while (trampoline/waterfall... its an inside thing, sorry)  and that was a lot of fun.  Dad was good enough to feed us a bit with what food he had there and everyone was sad to see us go.  Perfect.  On the way home from boulder creek, if you take highway 9, you pass what's called the Nutmeg Trail.  It's really hard to find if you dont know exactly what to look for and where to look so not many people ever go there.  Any way, we went around the trail (too much poison oak there this time of year) and ended up at one of the best sunset spots ever, but it was overcast so we decided not to wait since it wouldnt be that good.  We continued on home and mom was excited to se carri.  We all watched Pitch Black (a movie) and it was awesome.  Then we got some more talking done since i wouldnt be seing her for a while and we came to some interesting conclusions (oo mysterious) more on that as things develop!  Perfect... <3 P.S. I can still smell the cherries... :)
