The Dilgar
I did try to provoke some sense of guilt out of him, but to no avail. Some beings just can't regret their actions, no matter what the consequences are. For example, one consequence of my ending the time war is to make the Dilgar stop spitting curses at me and start making awkward sexual advances. Which would be a lot less horrifying if I didn't also find that slightly comforting. It is remarkably like being in the Hub, only slightly more subtle.
The Police Station is slightly less crowded and panicked today. I think I might be able to slip out right about tea time, take a look around. I'm sure I can find something out of sorts that Torchwood missed.
