Seriously? Unplug the internet if you can. And I use a kitchen timer, set it for some shortish amount of time (5min to 30min depending on the day) - when it goes off it might be my wake-up call to reset the timer and Get Back to Work! And I try to schedule little breaks - like every xhours I can spend xminutes doing [thing I enjoy more than work]. And don't ask me what I *should* be doing right know...
