I've been using it for many years, very happy with it.

I have a friend who uses them. I think they're pretty stupid, though for no other reason than when I went to get change for a $100 they took me I needed an account.

Well, took should be told. If that was what the "what?" was about. ;) If it wasn't, yeah, I was confused too. I've never heard of needing an account before getting change.

I've never heard of that either...but I think you're thinking of a different bank, b/c from what I understand, NetBank doesn't have any physical locations, it's all online.
