My boyfriend applied for uni last year to start this September just gone. He had offers on two courses. He declined course A, and accepted course B but then decided to defer for a year (So, to start September 2013). He has now come to the decision that course A was actually what he really wanted to do. Can he change his decision? Any helpful info is appreciated.
