I liked it when I saw it years and years ago but I haven't watched since then.

It's more a teenager drama/soap opera with scifi elements instead of a scifi series with some love thrown in. So if you like coming of age drama with a bit of love story and some aliens in the mix it's your series. If you expect a full blown scifi series forget it.

Hmm... well I do enjoy a well written coming of age story.

I liked the story. It's quite some time since I saw it but I remember it was well written and the scifi elements fit neatly into the storytelling and the charcterization of the figures.

My 13 year old self was obsessed with it. It's definitely more like a teenage love story with mysterious aliens.

Is it a good love story? I've heard the aliens part is well written, but no one seems to elaborate on the love story/coming of age part.

I remember liking it when it was on. It was very slow-paced for a Sci-Fi show, more soap-opera, especially the first season.

It was though responsible for launching the career of Dido (who sang the theme song), so for its contribution to bland, tedious music it will never be forgiven.

Oh god, Dido. I'd happily forgotten all about her. (although not gonna lie, I liked her song that had David Boreanaz in the video clip... might be just because he's hot though)

i watched it when i was in my late teens and i loved it. i have it on DVD but i haven't watched it in years.
