Non-gluten eaters:

Other than gluten-free bread products, what sort of foods do you eat to get your helpings of starchy foods? Do you make the effort to buy oats that have been processed in a gluten free plant, or do you avoid them altogether?

I know my sister eats a lot of rice, potato, and wheat-free cornmeal tortillas, and I was wondering what additional options there are out there. Particularly things that just happen to be gluten free without necessarily being a labeled gluten-free product.
