I would pick something from Urban Cowboy soundtrack. That is a iconic movie and you should be able to find something to use for your pageant from it.

There's Trace Adkins' "Honky Tonk Badonkadonk," which is a country boy singing about admiring a woman dancing? I guess that's not exactly cowboy though.
