Non-digital journals

Do any of you use paper journals to record your thoughts and all the things going on in your life?

I have a collection of about 20 or so extra large lined volant moleskine notebooks, and counting. I'm on my 21st right now.

books & literature, writing

I keep a dream journal. I also keep a small notebook with me so I can jot little notes/writing ideas to myself. I have an app I can use but I find writing on paper to be faster and easier anyway.

I probably have over a dozen half-filled notebooks with random thoughts and ideas. I like to collect notebooks for some reason. And socks. I love me a good pair of socks.

I did all through my teens. I still write in it occasionally but usually forget.

I bought a journal to help record my budget, recipes, plans, friends' addresses etc, since I'm moving abroad.

However I won't use it for writing down my thoughts.

i've kept a paper journal since high school. i have a collection of 11 black and white composition notebooks, as well as 2 moleskins, a few unfinished random journals, and a really thick red one with graph paper that i'm currently using. i go through phases where i write far more often than other times. i'm just going through a phase now where i'm starting to write more after a couple of years of not.

this question was on my to-ask list! i was excited to answer it haha
