When you leave a job, do you ever go back to visit?
I've left a few jobs in the past few years, always on good terms, and my coworkers throw a party and tell me to come back and visit...but I must say, when I actually have, it's been a little awkward. It's like you become a simple acquaintance again, and they sorta wonder why you're just hanging around. Or the people who happen to be working that day aren't the people who wanted you to visit. Or if they are, and they are excited to see you, you're still trying to tag along and have a conversation with someone who's busy doing work.
