*everything about You, just takes my breath away...*

After fall service day on Saturday my group ate sack lunches at the park, and the leaves on the trees look incredible! I came back to my room and read another chapter of The Ragamuffin Gospel, which talked about how we live in a world saturated by God's grace. God's grace is everywhere- the colors of fall for example, stepping out into the crisp air and catching your breath, laughing so hard your stomach starts to hurt, a hug from a friend. All this points to a God who loves us beyond measure. We've just grown so accustom to it that we don't stop and wonder at it anymore, at least that tends to be true for me. Manning ends the chapter with a prayer of a rabbi: "Dear Lord, grant me the grace of wonder. Surprise me, amaze me, awe me in every crevice of Your universe....Each day enrapture me with Your marvelous things without number. I do not ask to see the reason for it all; I ask only to share the wonder of it all."
