We killed a whole bunch of zombies this afternoon, and afterwards introduced Martha to the joys of communal showering (because of Zombie Smell). Martha and Jack aren't in this picture because he was busy helping her get really thoroughly clean.

It's just a shower with coworkers.

They did it in Starship Troopers. Organisations who fight aliens shower together. It's a rule.

Why would they need showers? They don't come in contact with what's in the lorries.

Though sometimes there are disgusting things in the lorries.
