Hey I've become such a lurker on this thing it's sad. amanita08 told me I needed to start posting again, so here I am.

I'm at work right now kinda bored cuz it's WASL week part one (for my NY readers, WASL is like the Regents but a gazillion times worse) so I don't really have much to do. the good thing though is that I don't have to go in until 10am which is nice.

I realized today that countdown to graduation is at under 3 months and I'm freakin psyched. You have no idea how much I long for the day when I don't have to worry about grades, or some paper that is due. My mom and sister are coming out for graduation weekend, so I'm really excited since no one from my fam has been out here yet. We already have some cool things planned like a brunch cruise on the sound, which Shawn and I did in August for our anniversary.

What else, what else? Ooh, well I'm trying to plan a trip back to NY in the beginning of April during my spring break for Kate's christening. shawn's trying to figure out if he can come as well, but either way I need to use his FF miles because we're pretty broke right now with me not having any income. Speaking of being broke, our condo had the annual HOA meeting a few weeks ago and they were talking about having all the windows and siding replaced since they're all almost 30 years old, and will cost each owner at least 30 grand. Shawn and I nearly crapped ourselves, because we don't have anywhere near that kind of money and we definitely don't have that much in equity yet. So we're hoping that they wait awhile before starting that project, because otherwise, we're pretty fucked. Speaking of the HOA meeting, we live with a lot of bitter bitter people. There were two cliques that we could discern between the residents and it was like high school all over again with the snide remarks and passive aggression. It was pretty ridiculous.

I think that's all for now. Hopefully I don't fall in livejournal oblivion and keep posting, but it shouldn't be too hard as my work load for spring quarter is pretty negligent (aside of course, from the task of actually finding a job that will pay me next year).
