I think we don't really argue. My post is not an article - I see it similar to the genre of a private letter, were people afford themselves liberties and short-cut expressions of opinions. I know quite well that catholicism is well alive in Belgium - it is enough to visit Beauraing. By the way, since 2 years they have a Russian version of the text on their website - guess who wrote it. I am planning a few stories on the topic of religion in Belgium and this is only the first one. The two others are more optimistic. But they are all private letters, not real smoothed literature - this is the intention. Well, this is my first experiment in this genre. Before I was writing more balanced pieces on the proza.ru server.

I am sorry for the red cloth and a spoon, if you are offended, I can remove it or think of a correction. But this is really personal, would it not be pardonable if we were just talking :-).
All you say about different churches is right. But what my kids is need is exactly the introduction. They have to understand what Christian life is about.
